Gregory Cain is 63 year old human ex-LoneStar detective. He resigned in disgrace after failing to close an incredibly high profile case involving the murder of a large number of homeless people. He's now trying to set up a homeless shelter in the Barrens just north of Touristville. He owns a small building, which is now clear of Devil Rats and corporate researchers thanks to the Hub. It still needs a lot of work before the shelter is up and running.
